Customer not given good service

I visited the legal wise offices i stayed for 1h 40 minutes only to find out that they are unable to assist me because their employee is the trainee one so i must do another appointment for them to assist me.

I have a dismisal case which 30 days is about to finish, still legal wise is not helping me regarding this matter even thouhg they are fully awear that after 30 days i wont be able to act back on this matte
