If there is anyone at Dial Direct that is in the mood to do a claim and to see it through please call me.
I am tired of been past around like a unwanted toy between people and "I will call you back's" that never happens. Or phone me back on this numbers. The phone rangs and nobody anwers. This can not be that difficalt.

You have very friendly people working for you but what help "customer relations" if you have no customers left at the end of the day.
