I had a client last week which informed me he is unable to take his vehicle for inspection because he had broken his ankle and had even sent us a picture as proof. As a result he asked us to shift his commencement date as he wouldn't be able to meet his obligation with regard to the vehicle inspection. I asked our underwriter for assistance in this matter. She contacted her peers at the head office to see if we could arrange for someone to go out to the client and complete the inspection so that he couldn't still enjoy his cover as of 1 June without having to postpone and run the risk of his vehicle not being insured. Our underwriter came back with news that due to the value being low and the clients situation Telesure Management was willing to waive the inspection. Thank you for assisting my client as he is very happy that for once he wasn't treated like a number but as a valued client. Thank you for making things easy for my client.
