Its nine months waiting for money from liberty, after six months i call and was told the money will be in my account in fifteen days. I call at day 16 and am told that there mattet has been taking to the companys broker Tsietso, i call Tsietso and was told of the forms being wrongly filled, something to do with dates. After then it has been hard trying to get hold of Tsietso apparently his always in meetings. I heard from colleagues who have resigned few months after me but have received their money. So in order to get the necessary attention im hopping for i think i should launch an official complaint. I am stressed and outraged by the type of service i am receiving. People should learn to do their jobs and not be threatened by their clients first, infact i would expect an insurance company to take the extra mile in helping their client... Really now... its pathetic, incompetent and unprofessional way of working with corporate clients.
