Trying to get my refund for 3 months

I had an account with them and always made my payments. A lady contacted me and asked if I would like to make the the last payment for the full amount and I agreed. They did debit the amount and I thought this was finalised. The next month I received a text saying I still owe R277 and deducted R1 099 from my account. I contacted them and said they will refund and that was over 3 months ago. Every time I phone they tell me that the last time I phoned was in January and no request was made, I then go through the same process and again nothing so I phone again and same old story and never a manager available to speak to. I've done this 6 times now and still no money paid back to me. My patience have now run out and will probably lay a complaint with the FSB
