A person personal circumstances are not being cons

Some time last year i was owing a money lending institute, which resulted me being forwarded to their legal department for collection. Then i was approached by a African male person who the informed me he was employed by one trace.

He then made me fill forms and asked me how much i could afford monthly so that i could settle my debt, we then agreed on an amount of R 250.00 per monthly.

It then came to my surprise to find out that the amount had been changed to R 850.00 per month and of which it is not what we agreed on.

today 20/05/2013 i then sent an e mail to their legal department asking for a reduction and i was told my application was declined. Now if you look at the time frame which my application was sent and the responding time, clearly shows that my application was not even dealt with and that i was just told a blatant lie. I really want to pay this debt but whats the use of this if Flemix & Associate cannot be off assistance .i am totally not setisfied with their conduct as they do not take peoples problems into consideration
