I love Standard Bank - as long as I don't have to deal with a person or go into a branch!

How is it possible that I have to make at least 6 calls and speak to 4 different consultants to have my problem, which was caused by Hanna Chapo at the Sandton branch (and who is supposedly my personal banker) in the first place, resolved?

I have spent most of this morning on the phone and I actually don't have the energy to even type out all of the events that have lead to this point. My previous complaint logged via this website was never even responded to by Standard Bank.

You need to raise your game Standard Bank.
