Billing not done as per the arrangement

Good day

I just found out that I have been garnished bycapitec bank through flemix inc / coombe and associates. I feel that the way this was done is not kegal. First of all the amount which they garnished is too high for me and i cannot afford it as im currently over comeeted. Secondly I was notified about it I was just suprised whe the amount was reflecting on my payslip.

What disturbes me more is that a man came to my work area and ask me to make payment arrangements for the capitec loan i have. He then told me that I must pay R1403.04 and I told i I could only afford R500 and was refusing to accept that amount. I told him my situation and he seemed to understand and said he will accept a minimum R500 which I agreed to and he said he will get back to me but i never heard from him.

The next thing i find was that money was taken straight from my payslip without being notified. I am whiling to make a payment as I did acknowledge the debt, but the amount is too high for me.

I need this to be resoled as soon as possible because i wont be able to pay rent and provide for my kids. Please help me.
