Be weary of Thekfin - Craig Connelly

I had unfortunately got to purchase a 3G notebook card from this supplier. He incorrectly advertised, lead me to believe that the card will work in my machine. I paid him in FULL. After I received the card, it doesn't work. He then tries to sell me another card, which I agree to. He requests that I send him up the first card (at my own cost).. It then takes him 4 weeks to even get back to me.

In this time I had already managed to get a card from a local supplier as I needed it.

Craig refused to give me any sort of credits nor did he try to assist me as a client. I have mails upon mails with me pleading for assistance.

This is one guy you should give a miss in business, as he has no intention to help his clients and is just out to make a very quick buck.

Its sad that we have to put up with this kind of behavior from suppliers. Craig, now has taken my money asked me to ship the original card back to him. So I have been totally robbed. And I have tried to ask for at least a 50% refund. He refuses to do anything.

Hope to never do business with someone like this ever again!!!
