I had funds fradulently from my account through cellphone banking. I reported the issue with bank and to the police. Till today no feed back. The case was sent their dept who happen to be non existing. Efforts to get clarity from the bank has failed. Reference numbers to my query are RH130062113405 and RH13052049087.I have been to the branch 3 times but no help
