No Feedback from Standard Bank Team

I reported an ATM incident on the evening of Friday 3 May 2013. I was told by the consultant i was to be contacted by Wednesday 8 May 2013 regarding feedback on the matter. I was not contacted by that date so I followed up on Friday 10 May and called the Team again. The consultant could not explain why they had not contacted me but explained an extensive investigation into my case is under way and that I shall be contacted by Friday 17 May 2013. I still was not contacted today so I tried to call the Team and was on hold for over 30 mins until I gave up. It was not until I expressed my disappointment to the Standard Bank Twitter account did I receive some sort of response. I was called just now and I've been told once again to await feedback as of Monday 20 May 2013. This is unacceptable from an institution i believed in so much.
