Bad attitude and slow to refund

My vehicle was settled and the debit went through. More than two weeks and after a few phone calls the refund is still not made. I spoke to Cherise at MFC who was very arrogant and told me that i just have to wait until they approve the payment. I faxed trough my proof of settlement payment on the 6th or 7th and still im waiting. Why is MFC taking so long? To earn interest on my money? Or arrogant slow working employees? Or is this just the service at MFC?
