Not refunding deduction made after settlement

Settled my wife's vehicle finance 31 Oct. 2013 as per instructions given by easy web version as well as consultants on phone and then MFC still make another deduction off my account. Then when trying to get the refund they give a date of 13th Nov. for when the money will be in my account, I am still waiting. Wait two weeks for a refund? Then they tell my wife after 2 weeks that they need a copy of the bank statement this after 4 years of deductions and a final settlement coming from my account.
