I took a young client to Bfs on 11 May 2013, & we were told about off line & they couldnt load applications. Went back on Monday same off line story & later Daphney told us there wasnt money & Michelle went for a meeting with their bosses as she has requested for funds with no positive response. She asked us to get back on Tuesday which we did & thats when the problem began. They were moody, but I just greeted & waited for them to finish what they were doing. Eventually Daphney loaded an application which took her almost 3 hrs, & she was complainig abt the computer refuses to type numbers - of course it wont give access when a num lock is off. She added lots of responsibilities without checking with a client & she couldnt get the amount requested, thats when she started asking questions & making noise about responsibilites & show us someone's payslip with R6000 which is wrong. She thought the applicant was renting & when she confirmed that she owns a property things went more bad. She was jealous that a young clean, tidy & educated young girl has achieved so much at her age. Applicant took her docs & left. Daphney needs thorough training before you lose more clients & be clean.
