MOST UNRELIABLE PEOPLE

We applied for a homeloan with Standard Bank on 14/03/2013. On the 22nd of March we were requested to do a Co-Applicant form for myself. Today is the 2nd of April and they still have not loaded this or done anything to our homeloan application.

Both FNB and Nedbank came back already with approved bonds. I will never apply for a Home loan with Standard bank again, as they are the most pethetic client service around! All they can say is we will escalate the querie and I'm not allowed to give you any information as you're not an applicant.

We've done everything they requested and it takes them 2 weeks just to load papers into the computer!
