From the moment I set foot in the branch Bernie attended to me finding out what I needed. She refered me to daphney who was truly a jewel in helping me out with the problems I had on m account. Daphney then needed bernie's help to further deal with my query. Both of them made phone calls to numerous to departments to try sort out my problem. Bernie then decided to help me herself and within a few minutes, she managed to sort it out herself. Both of these were truly a great help and deserve an award or a promotion. Bernie truly embodies her position as team leader. She is a true leader.
