Lack of service

I was in Capitec bellville voortrekker road to apply for a loan last week Friday. i was attended nicely by Ayabulela but he couldnt confirm employment as it was 5pm already (my workplace is closed). The agreement was that he will do that Monday and i will be back Tuesday to finish off some paperwork. I rush Tuesday to get there on time only for him to tell me he wasnt at work Monday therefore he couldnt do it (with such an ego), so if he wasnt there the whole month that would mean i must wait till he comes back. Very dissapointed because he could have done it Tuesday morning because i was there just before 5pm.
