Card and I'm inconvenienced :(

My card was used by someone online on 29 April, the case was logged with ABSA on the same day and documentation was forwarded back to them on 06 May 2013. I was promised feedback and that my money would be back in my account within 5-7 working days. Nine working days later I find out that the documentation was NEVER ever forwarded to the person in the admin department who is dealing with the case. How is one put in charge of a case and never requests the documents? How can ABSA make promises they cant keep? Tried to log a complaint on their complaints line and the reference number given by the frauds department cant be picked up by the complaints dept. How USELESS can one really be? How long am I supposed to wait for my own money as a result of staff's incompetence? The complaint was logged on the complaints line and must wait 5 working days for someone to get back to me. I'm amazed at this incompetence, I really thought government was bad, but ABSA takes the cake.
