I ordered and paid for a subscription to CAR Magazine through the Momentum Multiply online store on 20 Feb 2013. On 26 March I started to correspond with Multiply to understand why i haven't received the first copy - providing the order confirmation and reference numbers to them. i dealt with Suresh Moodley. A week later I send another email to ask for feedback - only to be told by Suresh that 'the matter is under investigation and he awaits feedback from his back office'. I found this gent unhelpful and incompetent - and instructed Multiply to cancel the subscription. Two weeks ago, Virgin Active advise me that Multiply cancelled my gym subscription. On making inquiries to them I was told that this was a mistake and the gym contract was reinstated. No apology / excuse. Two months since cancelling the magazine subscription I've had no refund and no correspondence from Multiply. On CSI sms I asked to be phoned by Regan du Preez - apparently Mr Moodley's manager. Never received a call or email. I've never came across a more pathetic setup in my life.
