Disgusted - It makes me sick!

It is the 6th day of the year, already Momentum (Multiply) is living up to its bad reputation and lack of customer service. I have bought the Garmin Forerunner 910XT with no HRM towards end of last year. While I acknowledge that their distributor was on holiday, I understood that delivery was not going to happen until new year. Today i called their call centre to make a follow up and to understand status update. First of all, before i made a decision that i want to buy this item, multiply website indicated that the stock was available. However, when i discussed through my follow up with the call centre agent, i am told that the item is not available and can only be available at the end of the month. I then requested that the order should be changed to Garmin Forerunner 910XT with HRM, I am told that i need to cancel my order first and then put through another order. This might take 2-3 days for refund to happen. My question is, this is the same item for crying out loud, just that this has a HRM. I am prepared to pay the difference between the initial order and this one, but i am told that this cannot happen. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted by this very bad service.
