Call centre and poor service delivery

Dear sir/madam
It has been almost 2 weeks with 2 attempts to contact Garmin call centre (unsuccessfully) and 3 unanswered e-mails- this despite GARMIN'S notification that I would be contacted!!
No one has contacted me from Garmin, as promised within 2 working days!! ( almost 2 weeks have lapsed). I tried to register my NUVI for updates when I was notified that this particular model has been recalled (battery fault). Further I was instructed that someone from Garmin would contact me in 1-2 working days. This has not happened.
For this reason I have notified Hello Peter of poor service delivery.
