I had a membership deal with this company, received HORRIBLE service and found that half of the things promised to me in the sales call was nothing but wind and words - and subsequently cancelled my account within their so called three months period.

Afterwards, I got billed - after not budgeting for them climbing into my bank account, I was short on other things. Keeping a cool head (I am in customer service myself) i phoned them just to be cut off several times.
Eventually i got through and was told that I have to request for my refund.

To me this is utter bull. Since when must i be the one asking for my own money back? They are quite capable of letting me know that they will only cover me at a certain date, could they not see from there that i am eligible for a refund?!

Okay so fine, I send through my details to their refundclerks address as instructed over the phone, with my ID and bank statement, at which the agent on the phone tells me that it will take two to three weeks to process my refund. ( OK, i am not down and out on money, so i can accept that. but seriously, THREE WEEKS?!)
To date, I have not even received an automated reply on my query, so what gives?
