I As a understanding client signed up at FNB for a Smart Cheque Account also receiving a E-Bucks card as the bundle I requested for. I Was told to wait 21 working days for my E- Bucks card to arrive and as it was said my letter from E-Bucks arrived. To my surprise there was NO CARD attached in the letter. I Called the call center and requested a new one. They told me "WE USUALLY GET THESE CALLS" and I made it easy by asking to send another one over 21 working days. (For the second time). So these 21 days ended on the 8th of may (it is the 16th today). Calling them today they tell me that they can do nothing but send me a new one with a waiting period of 21 working days. Or I can go buy one. Why must I buy one if I wasn't the one who messed up in the first place? And I will Not recommend anyone to them EVER. PS: My father also applied for a Cheque Account after me and he had his card within 21 working days. THE FAULT IS NOT FNB BUT E_BUCKS!!!
