BAD SERVICE TAKEN TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL!!!

My frustration and unhappiness knows no bounds. Applied for finance for a property. After waiting approximately 6 months to have it approved, the deal was structured in the wrong name. I reported it to the lady who handled the finance deal and was treated with a very bad attitude. Consequently I reported her bad attitude to her senior and NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER from the senior. Not even a courtesy call. To add injury to insult, after the name was amended, they got the amount wrong and I had to once again apply for an additional R300, 000 in my private capacity. on my Blue Bean account has left me frustrated as nobody could attend to my problem and as a result delayed the application for the R300, 000. In the interim, I was eventually successful to have this problem attended to. I am amazed that once again I am subjected to the "waiting game" at which Standard Bank is a champion player. Is there anybody who can assist in having this property deal finalized once and for all??? I am about to lose this deal as the seller has had enough of my excuses!!! In this instance service is not just bad, it is non-existent!!!
