Bad Treatment

I have been banking with Standard Bank for more than 5 years and to be given such a attitude from the dealer support finance. For the fact that I had to complain about the process taking too long and therefor I cannot be financed by my bank.
The deal was approved initially but for the fact that I started complain about the time it take to get everything sorted it became declined. This was my 6th car financing through standard bank and it's very clear it had nothing to do with my credit report, the lady went as far as threatening me to pull my credit report and they did but didn't find anything there. Now I'm being told about my credit card being set at a certain amount which I can afford it with no problem
If this is how "black people" are treated with in standard bank for complaining, I will take this up with standard bank management to clear this. My portfolio is too big for me to move, and I can not be moved by some approach from someone who does not own standard bank
