I called in request to change my 3 months long outstanding request to change my banking details, whereby i wanted to cancel the policy, Poeletso took initiative to hold me and walk to her colleagues that work with accounts updating to help, in 2 minutes my accounts details were done and i received an email confirming that. she called again for followup to check if i was helped and i confirmed that done. thanks
