Are you trying to get me indebted to you!!!

I never asked to have an increased in my overdraft facility-I only asked for a quote which i received... I want to know who gives you the right to do as you please with my bank account??? Is asking for a quote agreeing to something according to your books??? Does the NCR say that you can activate any cover on a clients account as long as they qualify without their consent? I am beyond disappointed!!!
