Oneplan Health Insurance
Non payment after 2 YEARS!!

I was hospitalised 07/03/2011. In January 2012 a rep of OnePlan phoned and said that the accounts will be settled in 2 week. A month later still no payments were made. I phone again and again it was said 2 weeks. Every time I phone it is 2 weeks. More than 2 YEARS later, the service providers has still not been paid!!!
