I agreed with Thabo on Friday last week that I will have a grace period until Thursday 16 May before a premium will be deducted from my bank. This was since I only expected delivery of new vehicle on the 16th, but needed a COVER NOTE for the BANK for finance purposes. Any subsequent contact was ignored or not responded to.
I ended up with premium for a WHOLE month be deducted last night. SEVERAL e-mails was sent to explain this arrangement and to cancel this policy. Outsurance now OWES me this money
