What a brilliant and prompt service I received from Transunion. I logged a call on the 7th May 2013 regarding the incorrect payment or account status on my credit report. They requested me to send the relevant documentation (proof of payment, ID copy and proof of residence) of which I did. I was informed by the consultant it takes 20 days to resolve a dispute and I'll be informed about the outcome. On the 15th May 2013 I received a feedback, WOW!!!

"KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TRANSUNION EMPLOYEES. It's evident that employees are system owners and there is constant and effective PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT in place.

GOOD WORK... I'M THRILLED, after a long battle with STD Bank credit card division.
