R18 000 0000, 00 MISTAKE ON MY CREDIT SCORE???

How about finding out you have a default on your credit score for R18 912 600, 00 (Yes eighteen million rand), no problem it is a/h and I will dispute it on the net, once again no problem there is a form to download all you have to do is fill in your details, no problem. Bla bla bla and what county do you live in??? Turns out to be the American branch of Transunion, if you go to the SA one you need to phone and get a form sent to you, you have to reply with your FICA, ID, Proof of residence, etc. or have a chat to their "webmaster"
Now my question is if some joker can list you on the credit bureau from a computer and use this medium to leave derogatory information about people why can't we have the same access and dispute the claim?
I must add there is a lawyer that we have a dispute with, and I am sure he is the culprit, as he got a judgement against my name, but not in this league of money but he knows how important my credit score is, so I am sure he is just abusing the system.
Transunion you have an important role to play in our society, even we use your services though TPN (Tenant Profile Network) DO NOT HAVE PEOPLE ABUSE YOUR SYSTEM FOR THEIR ADVANTAGE
