I called the call centre to buy the individual credit report and was informed transunion does not sell these for foreign nationals. I requested the free report and was given an email address to send the rquird documents which i did on 25 February. Today, 4 March i am still to receive the report despite the agent saying 3-5 days. Why they dont allow foreign nationals to buy their own reports is truly ridiculous, when u can buy your report from experian. Why transunion is so medieval is beyond me.
