No assistance from my insurance

My car is in for repairs since the beginning of April, to date i still do not have my car back and on the 9th of May i had to return the courtesy car now i have no means of transport. My husband as went to the panel beater several times and they keep on promising that it will be finished soon. So i have tried to get some assistance from my insurance, so that they can put some pressure on the panel beater to speed up things but i can't seem to get through to the person responsible for my claim which is Sibongile. I've been put on hold several times and still haven't spoken to Sbongile. i'm really frustrated because i seriously need my vehicle and if my insurance cannot assist me i really don't know who will
