Hello I'm sending this Complaint to Hello Peter in regards with Capitec Staff I will remain anonymous due to my security first I want to alert you guys with the positions that are given to people who don't deserve the positions okay I'm residing in durban I work for Capitec. As sales agent I'm currently under Sindi who is a take on Team Leader on that Department there is a colleague who started as a Team Leader Last year June where I work in Durban she is a Take on Team Leader her Name is Thando Twala I heard from my Team Leader Sindi as well that Thando Twala did tell her that the reason she got the job as a team leader she got it through Kobus who is a Regional manager in Carltonville in Johannesburg Thando Twala was working as a sales agent just like me she started working at the branch for years then she moved to sales in 2011 under Kobus in Carltonville and then in June last year she got the TeamLeader position through Kobus. Cause he referred Thando to the Manager who hired Thando in Durban My point is how can she get the position through someone.By being referred that's unfair to other capitec staff members there are people who are working hard within the Capitec secto
