Avis stating we are liable for Towing

Case noE234161712 On the 27 of October I got an accident in Mpumalanga with an avis car and I was the second driver of the car after the accident avis consultant called me&confirmed that the klipfontein towing service must tow the car but the consultant from Avis did not state that there will be additional costs besides the access that Thando Twala had to pay now it's been over a month since the incident occurred now avis is stating Thando Twala is responsible to pay the towing service and on the Terms&conditions that Thando Twala signed it doesn't state that if something happens to the Avis car rental Thando is liable for paying the towing service. On the car Rental agreement that Thando Twala signed on 09October 2013 Its only states the administration fee will be levied in the event of an accident or traffic fine admin fee of 235 claims administration fee of R250.Rental overdue administration of R500 it doesn't state that there will be additional fee for towing service&the access that Thando paid according to the Terms and condition it has to cover that&now they insist that we must send all the questions in point form or the matter will be taken to legal department
