Acces to my claims etc by unautherised person

A claim was logged with my personal info at outsurance by a person whom was given access because they alleged that a vehicle of mine was theirs and as they gave outsurance false information on the repairs that was to be done on the vehicle they gave her a quote on the repairs to be done she also gave then information as to let them think that my vehicle was still by my residential address and other information to gain access to my policy. i am very offended and upset with this type of incident as it creates a question as who else can access my policy with false information and try and put claims threw on my name. nothing was done about this incident as they feel that it is normal. i am currently looking for another insures as outsurance has not kept by their policy agreements. ref number 95092492
