FNB unwilling to negotiate bond terms

Having my bank account with FNB i figured it would be the best place to go for my bond. While they eventually approved the bond they were completely unwilling to negotiate on terms. i explained reasons for wanting the bond over 30 years, being the guard against future rate increases etc only to be told that FNB were only willing to approve over 20 years as it is not incustomers interests to extend further.

I have NCA accreditation and all required FAIS credit for the industry. I happen to know what is good for me when it comes to my finances. i am completely unimpressed with FNB!!!
