We got a Bond from NBS years ago, after about 8-10 years with NBS, the bond was transferred to FNB without any consultation. The Bond agreement specified that the house would take 20 years to repay. the Bond had an instalment of R800.00, but for the first 3 years we paid an instalment of R3000.00, the 20 years lapsed in April 2013. But an extra 10 years was added onto the bond without any consulting with the owners of the bond and we don't understand why. To this day FNB has not been able to resolve this issue.
