I have applied for assistance to consolidate my loans into my home loan account. The process in the beginning went okay as I was always kept in the loop when to fax to email stuff through and was advised the process would take long. Bearing in mind this started in September. From September to November I was fine until it came to my application being lodged at the deeds office. I was pushed from pillar to post with no one able to give me feedback betwen standard bank and the lawyers. To date I am told by the lawyers that the bank still has not amended the instruction that someone changed from the bank for what reason I do not know as I signed the correct one at the lawyers office. I know that in December most people were on leave companies closing and all that but for a month to go by and amendment not done yet when I call the bank that I must hold for 20 minutes on end to be told its done, go back to the lawyers and they say its still incorrect. I would like to know will it ever be done as its been 5 months waiting for this application to be sorted!!! This bussiness transaction was not only going to benefit me but all parties.
