It started when i applied for my mother, it took 4months for the application to be captured and 5 months to deliver the card, and during that time i was the one who was calling and inquiring. recently i sent a change of banking details in march for 2 policies that i have with Legal wise, mine and my mothers.
i made several follow ups, made calls & was assured the banking details will be changed but i then received an sms that my policy failed to deduct.
however i called them several times & was sent from pillar to post, i policy was updated (my mothers) and mine is still not deducting, after 2months of calling & sending emails i was told dat i am in arrears & they will make triple deductions but i refuse to pay those premiums as i am the one who was trying to make contact with them, i then asked to speak to the manager but was told the he is busy and will give me a call even now i am still waiting.i mean should i make a claim now i will be told excuses . i refuse to pay those premiums as this could have been avoided, they are costing me money by requesting money from the bank i don't use anymore-The Rd''s are killing me because one person didn't do his job. i need a way forward.
