I applied for the laptop via fnb online that was in January, the application was approved and i was even sent the sms regarding the delivery, however at the end of Feb i started calling the online application call centre for fnb and i was told that the supplier doesn't have stock and i must wait, on the 1st t of March when i called the call centre again to make a follow up about the delivery, i was told that my order was cancelled, that made me so angry and started to hate fnb because i didn't recall cancelling my order, from the 1st of March i made calls wanting to speak to the supervisor however they didn't want to talk to me always giving me excuses saying they are busy with calls, i ended up sending an e-mail to [Email Removed] to lodge my complain and fortunately i fell on Gladys Maeso'hands that was Monday the 11th of March and to my suprise my laptop was delivered unexpectedly on Friday morning the 15th of March, i would like to say Thank u Gladys Pontsho Maeso for what u have done for me... it is your duty however u went extra mile to make me happy, once again May the Good Lord add more blessings to your life...
