Lack of service, CANCEL POLICY PLEASE

I had a problem and called Legalwise for help, after being transferred 6 times and then being told a lawyer will call me back and until now didn't, this was a month ago. Two weeks ago we called the benoni branch and was asked to send a letter of cancellation to [Email Removed], which was done on the 19/09/13. Until now this isn't cancelled. I call into the head office yesterday and spoke to Ansie VD Merwe, and was promised I'd receive and sms yesterday for confirmation of cancellation. Still have'nt received this. I call in today she is on leave and there no manager or supervisor that I can talk too. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND I WANT MY POLICY CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY. YOU TAKE MY MONEY AT LEAST OFFER ME QUALITY SERVICE. CANCEL NOW PLEASE.
