Our house was burglared. Upon submitting our claim, for the first time since cover in 2008, we heard that it was declined due to insufficient burglar fencing, although we were OVER insured by R 250 000.00.
No inspection was done on our house prior to the burglary, wich is a rental by the way, but after the claim, the inspection was done!
We were then informed that the claim was denied.
