After applying online, for the overdraft facility. Within about a day's time - I missed every call from FNB agents regarding the overdraft. The missed call would be followed by a text: "FNB :-) We have been trying to contact you regarding your application. Please call us on 0860327827 . Ref: SI..."
This happened every day for a week.
So well done in your attempts at making contact.
Finally I managed to make time to call this number, only after I was kept on the phone for 4 minutes confirming every personal particular - only to be told at the end that my application was unsuccessful!

No offense FNB, I would've thought that by this time in our advances in technology and being a client of the bank for 14 years that all of the vetting would've happened behind the scenes and after the incessant msg's from you - that it's urgency was to relay my successful application?

Next time, ONE text from you, regarding my unsuccessful application, will suffice!
