I applied online for an overdraft facility on my cheque account and was told that the application was successful. Clicking on the Accept button, however, doesn't do anything. I've tried the same via the FNB App and was told that a consultant would contact me. I phoned the call centre and was advised to contact the branch. I contacted the branch and was advised to contact the call centre. I called the call centre again and they said there is no way they can help me, I need to contact the branch. Really frustrating as I have managed my account properly, never had any returned payments and I have a mint credit card (I don't owe anybody anything).
