Frauded by bank staff/consultant

I went to fnb to enquire about the loan, they asked my documents and gave them and they offered me a loan amount that was less than what i was looking for and i decided not to take it. after few weeks i got a debit from company called real people when i enquire with the that company they said i open an account and took building material worth R20 000. from amanzimtoti build it. they gave me the paper work only to find out it was the same documents i used at FNB with the banks statement from that branch. I opened the case and promised to get respond from JHB investigation unit from fnb up until today i have not got any response. this happened late last year.
