My query not being attended

Last year 2012, Account was open with my details. I realise it when I was receive the debit order from my bank account. I went to the bank to do the reversal and also to get the details of people whom were doing debit, which was Real People. I contacted them, and I was told that I took a loan from them to buy the building material at Build It in Jane Furse Limpopo. December 2012, i open a case for and gave them the case number also inform them they should contact Polokwane Police Station for further investigation. Which they have not done anything. On the 02 July 2013 Cornelius Botha from Polokwane Police Station went to their branch in Polokwane to get a contract that was used to open the account, they provide him with it and also advice that I should submit sworn affidavit with three signature on it which I did on the 3rd July 2013.But there is nothing that was done which I was advise that the investigation will took three days. Its challenging me because I not getting any assistant when am calling their call centre because all the time when am calling them the telling that I should confirm my details.
I would request this account to be closed and cancelled.
