False Marketing / hidden Costs

Dear HELLO PETER.
My complaint is about false marketing and hidded costs by African Bank and Ellerines, Recently i bough a bed at Ellerines which was financed by African Bank. The instalment that was advertised monthly was R359, i was lured in falsely by this low installment for the Restonic bed, to my amazement i was shocked when African bank started debiting R570 from my account, the installement that i never saw on the ad nor agreed with.

This is false marketing by this two companies and i insist my instalment be lowered as i can afford the higher instalment mentioned above.
