Paid the R399 but getting no service

These people deducted money after I filled in an online application. I went back to check my online application, and yes, there at the bottom they tell you about the R399. I sent all the documents they asked for in January. I had no response for weeks. When I called to enquire, I was asked to send another payslip and another bank statement showing January salary, which I did. No response again, I called same thing, bank statement and payslip showing February info now.

If they responded on time, I wouldn't need to keep updating my details. What was the money for because this is not service. If I had money to run around getting bank statement and scanning documents over and over again, I won't be looking for a loan. They are a bunch of.
