On the 14th of May I called callsure to claim for my phone and the first guy I spoke to was very polite and ask if I could email him my statement as proof that they debited my account cos on his side they never debited anything from my side, unfortunately we got cut off before I could get an email from him.

I then called I gain I got a very confused agent who put me on hold for over 25 minutes, she said her name was Treshen. I then called again and this time I got a very agent galled Collin Mokgape/be or something along those line. When I told him im not happy with his attitude can he please put me through he's manager he told me that he's not in today, I then asked for a supervisors and surprisingly he's also not a work. When I asked how surprisingly it is that such a huge company can only have 1 supervisor and 1 manager who happen to be not a work today, then he placed me on hold and after 5 minutes he told em that he's supervisor is not available to talk to me.

Can I please have someone that is willing to assist me to call me back as I need a phone urgently. Funny they very quick in doing debits but when you claim no one is willing to assist.
